Half Barn

Formerly used as a Carriage House which has now been converted into a small event venue. This 2000 square foot building overlooks the beautiful South West River. It can seat up to 120 people. The building was recently updated and was being used as a event venue and hosted events such as “Fall Flavours” by the previous owners of the property.
 

Studio

 
Situated behind the Guest house is the 595 square foot studio. A perfect getaway for tenants of the guest house to relax while watching sporting events and shooting a game of pool. This venue offers a relaxing view of the southwest river.
 

Hen House

 
Spend the day pampering yourself in the Hen House. Situated on the property, you will find a bridal studio equipped with two hair and makeup stations, a dressing room and plenty of seating. Enjoy our coffee bar equipped with a mini fridge to use while you get ready on your big day.

This 4200 square foot (3000 square feet before renovations) barn will offer a great venue for special events. The 3000 square feet of banquet space will have the capacity to accommodate 225 seated guests. The venue will include tables, white Chiavari Chairs, folding chairs, Audio and Visual equipment including Projection Screens and TV’s. A fully Licensed bar with wheelchair accessible male and female bathrooms. Space dedicated for caterers to be converted into a kitchen and air conditioning. The barn is also able to be partitioned, providing an insulated space for events hosted in the off season months.

The Carriage House, originally called “The Ramsay Barn”, is a 20th century barn that was part of a 92-acre farm. Constructed in approximately 1920, by Frank A. Ramsay, the barn was used as a large dairy operation. The “carriage house”, that sits on the property was previously used by the New London Presbyterian Church and relocated to the property.

The former dairy barn continues to be a landmark in its community. It is now owned and operated locally. We are striving to make each couple’s dream wedding or event come to life. With its breathtaking beaches, delicious culinary flavours and “gentle feel”, Prince Edward Island is the ideal wedding and honeymoon destination.
